Medical Device Reseller

Their challenge

The client requested a replacement for DocuSign with a less tedious solution. The goal was to share a quote with one click allowing the client to sign and pay. We proposed a signature tool that would extend to all the sales and warranties agreements.

 

Next, we set up a 3% surcharge (payment gateway commission).

They used Odoo ERP’s Customer Relationship Management module to track prospects and prepare quotes upon discovery.
